Congressman Joe Neguse represents Colorado’s 2nd District in the U.S. House of Representatives, and is the first Black Member of Congress in Colorado history. In 2024, he was elected to replace Congressman James Clyburn as assistant Democratic leader of the House, the party leadership’s fourth most powerful position.
